This certificate is for the use of Gilmer County residents to have their dogs spayed or neutered at great savings at Wayside Animal Hospital, an Animal Hospital with locations in in Jasper and Marble Hill. The certificate is redeemable only at the two Wayside Animal Hospital locations. You must bring a copy of the Order Confirmation, which will be sent to the email you provide with this purchase, with you on the day of your appointment.
***PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING CHANGES EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 5, 2022***
-The date to redeem the spay/neuter certificates has been changed from December 31, 2022 to August 31, 2023. All appointments must be scheduled by this date, and services performed by the August 31 deadline.
-Please be aware of the following information before purchasing certificates for a spay or neuter for a dog or cat:
The Cove Road location of Wayside Animal Hospital will be undergoing extensive repairs due to a main line water leak, and must be shut down for two months for the work to be done. Due to this, they will be servicing a limited number of clients only at their Foothills location, and shutting the Cove Road office down effective January 5th.
As a result of this massive cut in available services, all surgery slots will be cut in half, and no spay/neuter surgeries will be scheduled until the end of April.
Wayside will accommodate those who have already scheduled their appointments through our certificate program but please be aware that when you purchase a certificate now, a surgical appointment will not be made until at least April of 2023, or perhaps later, depending on how fast the slots book up.
If you have already purchased a certificate and have not yet scheduled an appointment, or were given an appointment for which you are not willing or able to wait, Homeward Bound will refund the cost of the certificate if you request it via our email at homewardboundnp@gmail.com.
Both Wayside and Homeward Bound apologize for the delays this unexpected situation will cause. If you have any further questions or problems, please contact Homeward Bound through the email address provided above. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Certificate purchases are limited to two per family.
